First of all, congratulations to anyone who has been able to breastfeed their baby for six months. In fact, I am so proud of all the new moms who have even attempted to breastfeed for any amount of time. I know breastfeeding can sometimes be hard at first. However, there are so many benefits for the baby, that it is worth sticking with it. |

Breastfeeding is beneficial for both mom and baby. However, if you decide to drink alcohol while breastfeeding, do it moderately. When considering to drink alcohol, the baby's age and medical stability should be taken into consideration. |
